Sofia works from the heart and with intention to create unique objects that support and deepen our connecting to ourselves, the people around us and the world we live in. She is both a Ceramic Artist and an Arts Psychotherapist and her work draws from her deep well of understanding and interest in the human experience. Sofia makes therapeutic and ritual objects that are to be held and in turn hold us. They support us to pause, take a breath, feel and be in that moment of expand into and letting go.
