Orders will aim to be packed and sent within 5 working days. This can vary in busy periods

If you live locally and want to collect your item for my studio in London please select the pick up option at check out and I will be in touch to arrange a time slot via email. Collection days are Thursday or Friday.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event your piece arrives broken, please contact me as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis, with is 14days of receipt. Returns are not accepted on commissions and per-orders. Any returned items are your responsibly until they reach me and I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned.
