Arts Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is about actively making a space to explore your views of yourself, others and the world we live in. The process helps you to gain clarity, insight, flexibility, resilience and the confidence to be who you are. It supports you in becoming unstuck, to expand the choices available to you and make the changes you are seeking in your life.
My Approach
I am grounded, attuned, Playfully and respectfully.
I offer safe and experienced pair of hands to guide you through this wondrous and challenging process. I use metaphor, imagination and creativity to blow wind into your sails and to make tangible change possible.
Beginning psychotherapy is a big brave step my role is to l work alongside you through this process. I offer a safe and open space where all the parts of yourself and welcome. The work is a combination of mapping out where you have come from, tending to the obstacles you’ve encountered along the way and exploring here and now life situations. This process of looking together with curiosity and care makes space for new ways of being and relating to emerge and grow. Past, present and future versions of yourself are all engaged in this process of encouraging in and letting go.
