Holding Vessels are therapeutic, ritual objects that offer a space to pause and connect, with intention and action.
They are Grounding, regulating, containers that support you to be with and process your feeling.
They support you to call new ways of being, connect to you inner resources and mark and embed transitions.
They facilities the releasing of difficult and painful feeling, letting go of old pattens of behaviour and making space for another way of being to emerge.
When you hold your vessel you are making the choice to let go of what is keeping you stuck and to connect with your resource’s with in.

Shop from a collect of unique and one off holding vessels. Each piece is hand made by Sofia with intention and love.
Commission a deeply personal Holding Vessel
When you commission a holding vessel, Sofia makes something especially for you and your needs.
You either have a 30min consultation with Sofia or email her your needs and intention for the vessel.
After this exchange Sofia goes into the making process. Whilst she makes she holds you and your intentions in mind. Inviting what you need, and allowing it to form in earth and emerge.
Commissions are also decorated with symbols, works or patterns on the inside of the vessel. This is a deeply personal touch that adds another layer of significance and meaning.
