This urn is a one off handmade piece. Hand build with coils of clay so the shape emerges and is formed layer by layer.
Then decorated with layers of green, blue and black coloured slips. Then carved into using sgraffito to create the pattern and textured finish.
The vessel is glazed with a transparent glaze. the urn is sealed with a cork stopper.
